Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at this spa hotel and found it to be a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms had some issues with plumbing and were showing their age, but after upgrading, my experience improved. The service was hit or miss—some staff were friendly, but others weren't very helpful. The location by the beach was lovely, though, and the dining options were a pleasant surprise with a good variety of tasty dishes. Overall, it has its perks, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, but there were definitely some ups and downs. The location was stunning, with beautiful views and plenty of spots to soak up the sun. However, the rooms felt like they were overdue for some renovations. The service was a bit unpredictable; while there were some staff members who were exceptional, others seemed to lack urgency when it came to resolving issues. Overall, I appreciated the experience but felt it could be improved in a few areas.
Overall, I had a decent stay at the hotel. The extra access to another building with additional amenities was a nice surprise, and I appreciated the setup around the pool area. However, the rooms felt like they could really use a renovation. The service could be improved, as it often felt a bit impersonal, and that was disappointing. But if you’re looking for a place to relax by the pool, this could be a good fit.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and I really appreciated the personal touch from our Butler, Wensky Pierre, who made us feel welcomed. Access to the additional building and small pool was a nice bonus. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated, and some of the service could have been improved.
My stay at the hotel was quite nice overall. The room I had was in good condition and perfect for our anniversary celebration. The staff was attentive, especially Wensky Pierre, who really made us feel welcome, although there were a few service hiccups to note. The location offered beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Dining had its ups and downs; while the views were stunning, the experience could have been better. The price felt fair for what we received, but there are areas for improvement.
